Your rebate is based on how much you have shopped, charged and refueled at OKQ8 stations during the previous year. The rebate levels are set by the owner representatives at the association meeting. The rebate is usually paid out in June.

Accounts

As an OK member, you automatically have two accounts, a betting account and a savings account.

Contribution account

The contribution account is your ownership share in the association. The ownership share is set at 300 SEK per member.
The interest rate has been set at the association meeting.

Interest: 1.0%

Savings account

The bonus is automatically deposited into the member’s savings account as soon as the decision on the size of the bonus has been made by the association’s general meeting.

Current interest rates on the savings account
Interest rates as of 25.06.04:

0–3,000 SEK = 0.10%
3,000–10,000 SEK = 0.30%
10,000–100,000 SEK = 0.50%
100,000– = 1.00%

The Deposit Guarantee Act

Account holders’ balances in their savings accounts are not covered by deposit guarantees, according to the Deposit Guarantee Act (1995:1571). This means that deposited funds may be lost if your OK association goes bankrupt or otherwise has payment difficulties. The OK association’s deposit operations are registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority under the Deposits Act (2004:299). Produkter och tjänster undantagna från återbäring
Enligt OK Norrbotten ekonomisk förenings stadgar kan styrelsen besluta om undantag från återbäringsgrundande köp. Att det sker beror på olika saker och behov av undantag kan skilja sig år från år. Beslut tas, liksom om återbäringen, årligen och i efterskott.

* Villaolja gives a member bonus. Fixed electricity contract gives a member bonus. The bonus is paid in connection with the rebate. On Elavtal hourly price, members receive a discount on the fixed monthly fee.
